"NO LYRICS," said Waka Flocka Flame.

So pretty much...this dude Waka Flocka is a real nigga. Dude said its cool to have lyrics...but it's not going to get you any money. As fucked up as that sounds...that nigga is correct, but it's completely fucked! Like I even had to agree with dude because that's the situation at the time being. Although that is true, I believe things are beginning to change. Anyway...what's gay about this shit is these radio niggas were just dickin' Waka Flocka. First dude said that Waka is lyrical because he fucks with Gucci...no. Then Waka said he had no lyrics...ok...then they like yea ok niggas don't want to sit in the club with a dictionary...???? So pretty much dude saying that its never been cool to be lyrical, because niggas been performing lyrical...but I'm guessing it was cool to have dictionaries back then. Anyway man check out the interview with Waka Flocka.

Dear Drake Fans...

Asston Kusher ft. APeezie - SomeGuysAreQueenBitches

You know who's my nigga?!!?!? Asston Kusher would be the answer to that. iLL-a-Fam is on the move once again, my dude Asston Kusher showed me this track he was doing over this old Lil' Kim shit called "Queen Bitch." I'm like "can I get a feature?" And as you see the song is official. Me and my nigga Asston are a smoove combination of flava and iLL flow. What would yall know about that though? Nothing right? Anyway man check it out man Asston Kusher ft. APeezie - SomeGuysAreQueenBitches. Ashbury Firm is on its way for March Madness coming from the FabFam!

Hell Rell - Bullets and Gunsmoke

Hell Rell still doing it without the Set. I mess with it because I can't just be fake and not mess with em because of what happened with The Diplomats, I always messed with Hell Rell. Dropping this video for "Bullets and Gunsmoke," Hell Rell keeps it original with the beat selection and rhymes. One thing I did notice though was the dude quoted Jay-Z in this song. I'm only saying this because of the ongoing beef from 2005 to about 2007 with Jay-Z and Cam'Ron, and it kind of makes it seem like "why are you quoting a dude you don't like?" Although, things could have calmed down since then so I'm not going to say anything. But check it out though Hell Rell with his new video for "Bullets and Gunsmoke."

Dark Moon?

THIS NIGGA IS CLOWNIN! Brandon T. Jackson and Eve do a small parody of the movie "New Moon" from the Twilight series. Dark Moon is supposed to be about black sensitive vampires...lol. I don't know where this ish came from but it's very funny. Check it out Dark Moon with Brandon T. Jackson and Eve. Speaking of Eve...when is the next album coming out? lol

New Air Jordan 2010 Commercial Starring: Dwayne Wade

It speaks for itself. Although the commercial is nice...I cannot really agree with the new 2010 Air Jordan shoes. I wish they would get there old designers back that designed the I-XIV's, but I'm pretty sure people wouldn't want to go backwards lol. Anyway seeing how Dwayne Wade just stole the spotlight from all other Jordan Brand members, the commercial features him...and only him. But it's real dope so check it out.

V.I.P.
#TEAMFRESHMEN

They gotta do better bext time!

The 52nd annual Grammy Awards aired last night and proved that without Kanye, award shows can be a bit of a bore.

The night started off quite energetic with performances by the always entertaining Lady Gaga and the Diva herself, Beyonce; but the night slowly got me to yawn status when Green Day performed. Although I have mad respect for their music, the performance last night was a tad bit boring.

And then there was Pink. I have to give the singer her props for being able to belt out a tune all while hanging upside down drenched in water, but give it up, girl! We have seen that same act too many times!

As for the Michael Jackson tribute, it was a nice way to pay respects to the King of Pop. Some of the best in the business came together to sing in honor of MJ. Usher, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Celine Deon and Smokey Robinson all sang beautifully, but what was with the 3D affects? Supposedly if you had 3D glasses, you could see images projected in the third demotion from your television. However, according to tons of posts on twitter it didn’t matter if you had the glasses or not. The blurriness of the images made people’s eyes hurt a great deal. I actually had a pair of 3D glasses left over from a viewing of one of these recent 3D flicks and still did not get that affect. I ended up taking them off due to instant headache! Great attempt guys, but maybe try a little harder next time if it involves audience participation and the usage of props.

Soon after, the end of the show was nearing. Thank god for the performance by Drake, Lil Wayne, Eminem and Travis Barker of Blink 182. I can honestly say this was one of the best performances of the night. Detroit native Eminem, pretty much stole the show with his sick words and cold flow. There is nothing like a white boy who can rap! Good thing producers saved the “Forever” performance toward the end, otherwise everyone would have fallen asleep and not seen little Taylor Swift win the Big one – Album of the Year.

The young pop/country singer walked away with four Awards last night. Although she deserves a big round of applause, I think the general consensus is that many other talents last night were brutally robbed!!

So what is in store for next year’s awards? We can only hope that next year, those who deserve to win actually win.

From Slick Rick to Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Dogg Pound, Biggie, Naughty By Nature, Warren G, Wu-Tang Clan and more...This documentary really takes it back to how the industry used to be, how hip-hop came about, and what it "WAS" about. Definitely should be checked out!
