I would go in order as Eminem...Drake...Kanye...then Wayne. It was pretty hard to judge with Kanye and Drake for me, I've heard from others that Kanye did a better job than Drake but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Plus that nigga Ye did have more than 16 bars...*sound like Run This Town*.
