I dnt kno whats going on here, but Forever (same beat and basically same hook) was previously done by a different artist named Karnal Offishall in 2008. Check this out also the beat was credited to Konvict Music, when Drakes buddy Boi-1da suposedly produced the beat hmmmm funny stuff going on around here. The fact that there hasnt been any legal issues here is amazing, because you have for big named artist on this one track, which is also the sountrack to Lebron James movie, how could they get away with that with out a law suit?? i actually have a couple of guess to what might have happened, Maybe Kardnall only leased it off of soundclick, and Akon sang KOOONNNVIICTTT MUSSSICCCCC on it. Maybe Drake wrote the hook for Kardnall and Akon, and when his Friend gave him the beat he decided to use the same hook, just changing minor details.....who knos, but 1 thing is for sure Drake sure does know how to stay on our Blog lmfaooo check out Kardnall Offishalls 2008 version

The Final Destination-Film Review

I also saw The Final Destination over the weekend and I have to say that its the best one in the series, although critics have given it generally negative reviews. For the most of you that have seen the other films, its the same story just a different setting. The main character named Nick has a premonition while him and his friends are at a race track until he has a premonition about him, his friends, and a few other people dying violent deaths. As in the other films, he's trying ti find a way to break Death's design. Overall, I thought this was a good movie but if you have a weak stomach, stay at home.

Halloween II-Film Review

So this past weekend, the crew and I went to go see the new Halloween movie by Rob Zombie. Besides the extreme amount of gore in the film, it could have been a better story line and a better ending. Its the same as Rob Zombie's last Halloween film. Michael is tryin to get his sister back, for unknown reasons, but this time he is also seeing visions of his mother and his younger self giving him directions. The amount of gore in this movie is excessive as well so if you got a week stomach, I suggest you stay home or go see somethin else.

Nike Auto Flight Limited Edition "LA"

Nike is up to it again w/ these new sneakers called the "Auto Flights" and I must say, these boys go hard. As you can tell this shoe is in dedication to the NBA champions the Los Angeles Lakers and as the name suggests, they are limited edition. Purple varsity leather makes up the majoruty of this shoe with a white sole and hints of yellow accents that line the inner part of the shoe. This shoe is a quickstrike release slated to be out sometime this September. I might have to cop.

Soooo, I think its safe to say that every Thursday Tikis Bobs in downtown Pontiac bangs! The promotors are IlyGang and DJ MoBeatz is on the 1's and *chicka chicka* 2's. But, their name...IlyGang could use a pause or a description. To my knowledge Ily means I Love You. So, its the I Love You Gang?? Idk, I think they could picked a better name for themselves. I understand that bros love eachother but,...idk. LoL it just rubs me the wrong way. Anyways, there parties always bang and its never on no hood stuff. There are rarely ever any fights. But, i will warn you its as if they sprinkle cheese all over the club on thursdays. There is never a shortage of rats in the building!!! O yea, the last Thursday of every month they have 99 cent patron shots :) sometimes they run out of Patron tho :/ (Dont know how thats possible) LoL All in all, its a good party to be at every Thursday. Im there almost every week and the best part about it is that I dont have to dress up. I can wear w/e and still have fun cuz they dont care. Its not a fashion show like most clubs,....as long as youre there you will have a good time

Jordans: Big Releases in Fall 2009

Air Jordan Retro XI ([11] Space Jam) - The most anticipated Jordan for 2009 is the Space Jam 11's from the movie "Space Jam" in 1996. It will have been a while for many...and others first times (including muah). This shoe is supposedly extra limited so this might be a hard find. Although Burned Rubber is to recieve a good amount so I'd check there...but other spots such as Mr. Alans and Athletes Foot will probably get a few. That's for my Michigan people lol.

Air Jordan Retro XII ([12] Flu Game) - These 12's are pretty nice as well. I'd rather the black on the shoe been leather but nubuck is alright I guess. The "Flu Game" gets its name from the game Jordan played in 1997 with flu like symptoms...and scored 38 points. If you can see on the tongue there is a small face with its eyes x'd out to seem out of it as Jordan was after the game and the Bulls carried him off of the court. The sick face is also towards the back bottom of the shoe with the numbers 97 and 38 surrounding it.

Set to Release: Late November or early December

Air Jordan Retro VI ([6] Doernbecher) - The illest VI's that i've seen since the olympic flags. These are to represent the Doernbecher Childrens Hospital. They had one pair of Air Jordan Retro II's (2) to represent the Hospital about two years ago. These are a lot nicer than the previous Doernbecher Jordans. The colorway is a lot better...plus they're VI's. Sixes rarely drop so this is a good time to get your hands on some. Although there will be a series of VI's to release in the winter of 2010 so be on the lookout.

Inglourious Basterds-Film Review

This past weekend, the movie Inglourious Basterds premiered and I must say, this is one of the best Quentin Tarantino films that I've seen in a long time, maybe even the best. The movie is broken up into chapters, much like Tarantino's other film Pulp Fiction. It follows a group of soldiers called the Inglourious Basterds made up of Jewish American soldiers led by an American named Aldo Raines (played by Brad Pitt) whose sole purpose is to take revenge against the Nazi's during World War II. The film also follows other characters and in the end, they all have their character stories intertwine with one another. You have to be a Tarantino fan in order to enjoy this film but I would recommend you go see it even if your not.

Air Jordan III Retro (Slam Dunk Pack 2010)

Jordan is up to it again for the year of 2010 with another Jordan brand package release, this time with the Air Jordan III's and the Air Jordan II's but today we're gonna show you the III's. I know its been a minute but I'm BACK and here with more sports news. I know everyone has been waiting and the moments has come Michael Vick is back in the NFL. He signed a 2-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles withe the first year worth 1.6 million and an option for a second year worth 5.2 million. I mean even though that might sound like a lot to us, just 2 years ago Mike had a 7 year contract worth over 100 million, so this is a pretty big drop off. Well I wish him luck and I hope he gets to show his talents on the field again.

Nike Air Max Lebron VII

Some think Lebron's shoe series will someday compare to Jordans...I can't agree. But I will go out on a limb and say that the new Nike Air Max Lebron VII are pretty nice. Watching this video can really make me think, and come to the conclusion that hip-hop really has lost it's way. This cypher with Mos Def, DMX, Big Pun, Mic Geronimo, John Forte and Canibus is what I like to call BANANAS! All of them went in, especially Pun. Although some shits were written verses, they were all still lyrical. Yet you wouldn't see something like this in this generation of hip-hop...which makes shit just seem even more wack. Hip-hop needs it's cyphers foreal. I appreciate the BET hip-hop awards cyphers, but they need more of it.
